Exchange- We do not provide a refund and/or exchange for any items as they are handcrafted & most are custom made. However, we will do our best to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
Incorrect or Missing Item- If you received a missing or Incorrect item, Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to mimi@goddessessence.net to get a replacement sent to you ASAP. A photo of the Incorrect item and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided. If the photo or invoice can not be provided we can not send out the replacement item.
WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS AFTER THE 8TH DAY TIME FRAME.
Broken Item- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the broken item as we will need to document this issue.
You can file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If you received your package in a priority USPS white envelope or box. In order to begin the claim, you must take 3 photos of the item: Front, Back, and Side of the broken item. Please take the photo with the bubble wrap around it even if it's partially on it. The picture must be clear and large enough if not, the post office can deny the claim. It can take up to two weeks or more for the post office to finalize the claim. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
